Who are we?
WeatherCast Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a startup incorporated in May 2022. We are a cross-functional team of individuals from diverse backgrounds. With expertise in meteorology, fluid dynamics, machine intelligence, data analytics, and environmental engineering, our team is a group of qualified individuals focussed on developing a tech-driven hybrid model for providing reliable weather updates. Our advisors and mentors are from various domains with immense knowledge and expertise.
What matters to us?
Climate and weather prediction and timely dissemination of information is a complex but necessary task. Life matters, livestock matters, environment matters! And if there’s a small chance that we can save all of these, we’d like to make a difference. With customized, simplified, easy to understand actionable weather reports, and more importantly, at least 30-40% better forecasts at micro- and macro scales, we hope to make a tangible impact on businesses and organisations disrupted by extreme and unseasonal weather patterns.
What we do?
Presently, acute lack of reliable information on varied spatio-temporal scales disrupt businesses that rely heavily on ever-changing weather and climate patterns. Our approach and solution will overcome this problem of reliability. By combining process modeling, data-analytics, and machine learning, we aim to provide precise short-range forecast, impact-based forecasts, and weather warnings. Using expert analysis tools, we would provide customized solutions, which would help plan operations, thereby prevent damage and losses.
